About Mship

Mship is the operating workspace for independent mentors — one record per student instead of scattered notes across chat threads and spreadsheets.

What is Mship?

Mship is a workspace built specifically for independent mentors and tutors: scheduling and running classes, tracking academic plans, writing weekly reports, and recording earnings — all tied to the same student record.

Why does Mship exist?

Most independent mentors run their practice across a phone calendar, a chat thread per family, and a spreadsheet for payments. Mship replaces that scatter with one system where every class, report, and payment traces back to the student it belongs to.

Who built Mship?

Mship is built for the mentor-run tutoring model specifically — not adapted from generic scheduling or CRM software — so its data model (mentor, student, class, report) matches how a tutoring practice actually works.

What makes Mship different from a spreadsheet or group chat?

Every class is a permanent, structured record rather than a message that scrolls away. Reports autosave with an honest conflict state instead of silently overwriting a concurrent edit. Earnings are broken down by source, not one lump total.
